The General Manager
The General Manager of this company has worked and associated with various type of construction works and project management with the respective companies.
Eastern Ltd. in Sharjah, have provided good opportunities and platform to work from Site Engineer to Project Manager in the following type of projects.
Abu Dhabi Defense work such as military facilities, accommodation for Military of Defense Warehouses, water tanks, Air force shelter, etc. These construction are concrete, formwork, block work and also steel structure with various type of finishes.
In Al Ain, construction of Air College for Abu Dhabi Air Force consists of various shelters / offices, accommodations and other facilities.
In Dubai, constructed many bank buildings for Clients such as ADCB. Managed the high rise building in the capacity of Project Manager. Various type of pile works, shoring works, basement. Also with various type of finishes internal & external finishes.
Expertise in various finishes works like all type of marble works, granite works, Aluminum curtain wall and other type of Cladding. Various type of false ceiling, MEP work coordination and all type of fit out works.
Having knowledge about commercial activities and market price details managed the Estimation and Commercial department in the company as Manager Contracts.
Since 2002 worked with Al Rostamani Pegel LLC and responsible for the following activities. Project Management for the construction of high rise building with high technologies structure such as precast and pre-stressed works. Managed fast tract project of constructing school for Brighton College, etc.
1. Construction of school building with all type of finishes.
2. Auditorium with acoustic work for wall and surrounding with seats, screens and sound system.
3. Outdoor playground for all type of sports activities.
4. Indoor playground with multi purpose hall, swimming pool, etc.
Managed as an in-charge for Interior Decoration division, bank fit outs, bank building finishes, carried out many fit out and refurbishment works for ENBD Bank and handled complete fit out work for DAFZA Auditorium work with full acoustic proof auditorium.
Also was independently managed the FMD department as division head, handled all MEP works and FMD work for various buildings.

The Operations Manager having 30 years experience in UAE, handling construction management in MEP works project, Fit Out & Refurbishment works and operation & maintenance of MEP works. A team player to manage project to the satisfaction of the management, client and consultant.

I. Worked as Project in Charge for Fit out & Refurbishment works for the following projects:
• ENBD GHO Building Ground floor to 9th floor.
• ENBD Al Fahidi Building
• Auditorium project for DAFZA, Dubai.
II. Worked as MEP Coordinator for the following projects:
• Al Nasser Office HQ Bldg, Abu Dhabi
The Project is the construction of Office Building consisting of (3B+G+M+18 Office Floor Roof) comprising of: 3B Car Parking Floors, G+M+18 Office Floors and Mechanical Floor.
• Brighton College, Al Ain
The Project is the construction of School Building consisting of (Individual teaching Blocks
4 Nos. - G+1 Floors, Central block houses an Auditorium, sports hall and administration
facilities. External facilities include a football pitch, running track, swimming pool, multi-
sport pitches, hard and soft landscaping, car-parking and boundary wall).
• Arcade tower at Dubai Marina
Residential and commercial building (2B+G+47+Roof) consisting of 2-basement: - parking, service room etc. ground floor: - parking, service room etc. first floor:- parking, service room etc. second floor:-apartments, gym and swimming pool. 3rd to 23rd floors: - apartment. 24th floor:- mechanical services. 25th to 43rd floor: - apartments. 44th floor: - apartments & swimming pool. 45th -46th floor: - apartments. 47th floor - apartments, swimming pool & service room
III. Worked as Manager Projects in M/s Al Noor Vision Tech for the following MEP projects:
• G+4P+HC+42 Majestic Tower, Sharjah
The project construction of water cooled water chillers of capacity 280 tons X 3, Air-Handling Units and chilled water pumps, chilled water pipes up to 300mm dia. and ABS pipes for Condenser water line.
• JBF Film Plant at Ras Al Khaimah
HVAC works for the complete plant.
IV. Worked as Sr. project engineer (HVAC) for M/s Thermo LLC for the following projects:
• The Jumeirah Beach Residence sector 3, Dubai
this project consists of 7 residential towers each tower having 50 typical floors. Each tower is consisting of Plate heat exchangers, Chilled water pumps, Air Handling units.
• Dubai Air Show Buildings –
This project consists of air-cooled water chillers of capacity 300 tons X 8, Air-Handling Units and chilled water pumps with VFD.
V. Worked as Project engineer for M/s Eastern International Ltd, Sharjah:
• The school of creative science project, Sharjah
Project consists of package units, DX split unit, dehumidifiers, BMS controls
• The Emirates driving school, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
This project consists of chillers with screw compressors of 105x3 tons capacity, chilled
water pumps, AHUs with variable speed drive, VAV boxes (constant, bypass and pressure
independent).
VI. Worked as Project engineer for M/s Reliance Electromechanical company:
• Dusit Dubai hotel, Dubai
Prestigious Hotel project of 38 floors tower consists of mainly air cooled water chillers, air
handling units, fan coil units serving for the apartments, building management system, chilled water pumps with variable speed, motorized dampers, variable air volume boxes, etc.
• Golden Sands 10 Prestigious Residential Building
Project of 7 floors consisting of 182 flats. This project consists of 242 DX split units (ducted) and package units.
